Park Shore Naples Florida
Park Shore Summary
The Park Shore neighborhood of Naples is just north of the Moorings (click for map). Like the Moorings neighborhood, Park Shore also has single family homes, homes on a bay, condos, and condos on the beach and bay. The Park Shore development began in the late 60's and early 70's, with the beach high rise condo completed in 2006.
The Park Shore area is also a great location as it is close to most Naples attractions. Those living in either a bay or beach condo, have the advantage of being within a short walk to the Venetian Village. The Venetian Village is located on the Venetian Bay, and is a popular dining and shopping district with fine dining, pub dining, boutique shops and much more.
Beach condos at Park Shore are located on the northern half of the same barrier island as the Mooring's beach condos (more on Moorings). While the Moorings condos top out at 8 stories tall, Park Shore high rises are mostly 18 stories tall, or taller.
Park Shore beach condo residents can go for a beach walk right outside their door, or walk on a community sidewalk that parallels the beach and weaves in and out of expansive landscape areas between the condos and the beach. There is no public beach access through Park Shore. Owner gain access to the beach through their condo building.
Park Shore beach high rises have elevators that deliver residents to their condos via internal hallways. Residents of the older beach condos of the Moorings get to their condo by way of elevators to external walkway
