Naples Heritage Bay Bundled Golf Community
Heritage Bay is Naples newest bundled golf community (golf included). It is being offered by US Home and Lennar, builders of several different Naples Florida golf communities. With a bundled golf community, each owner within is also a member to the country club. More about bundled golf communities.
Heritage Bay is built around a 27 hole golf course, providing owners with a variety of golf experiences. Homes include condos, coach homes (4-plex), single family homes and estate homes. They are priced from the $200s for 2 bedroom condos to $1 million for estate homes.
Naples Florida Heritage Bay is a considerable upgrade vs. some of the older bundled golf communities in the area. If you want new and bundled golf in the Naples area, then this could be a very good option for you. Features include: 27 holes of golf - Tiff eagle greens (good stuff) - Hand mowed greens - Five sets of tees, 7,200 yards from the tips - Club pool with outdoor snack bar - Tennis Center - Two-story clubhouse - 27.000 sq. ft. - State of the art fitness center.
Heritage Bay Golf Course
Naples Heritage Bay provides 27 holes of championship golf. When the golf course opened for play in November 2006 it was immediately praised by area golfers as a great golf course. Holes are border by either ponds, preserves or other golf holes. Fairways are wider than most other Naples area golf courses. Greens are large, with built-in undulation that makes them very enjoyable to play.
Initially the course will be open for public play, as there will not be enough owners to keep 27 holes totally busy until the community is built-out. The Heritage Bay golf course is so respected by area golfers, that in the winter season, it is totally booked out most days. Members get preferred tee time, so owners do not have problems getting tee times.
After build-out the club will be private to owners and guests only.

Other Amenities at Heritage Bay
Heritage Bay's new soft surface tennis courts, with grandstand seating, is also completed and open for play. A tennis pro is on staff. The pool, state of the art fitness center, and outdoor snack bar is open.
The only amenity not completed is the two story clubhouse with dining, a grill, outdoor patio and social rooms. The club house is well on its way to completion and is scheduled to be ready during the 2009 season.

Location
Heritage Bay is located in North East Naples. It is sourounded by preserves and protected areas. To its immediate west is the Quarry, another gated community, and to its east the Bonita Bay East Golf Club. The beach is about 15 minutes away and downtown Olde Naples can be reached in under 30 minutes.
Pricing
Builder prices are currently very competitive and sales have been strong. Heritage Bay has been outselling existing bundled golf communities in the Naples area by a least 4 to 1. In some cases deals or incentives can be negotiated.
General price ranges for new homes at Heritage Bay are:
- Terrace Condominiums (4 story, 30 units per building) - Under $200,000 range to start.
- Verandas (12 units per building) - Mid $200's.
- Coach Homes (4 units per building) - $300k range
- Single Family Homes - Lower $500's with pool.
- Estate Homes = $800s and up.
- Fees - Annual Golf = ~$2,700/yr.
