Naples Park Overview
Naples Park is one of the original Florida style neighborhoods In the Naples area. Streets are on north-south and east-west grids, and there are no storm sewers. Rain water funnels off through opens swells (ditches), along the streets. The neighborhood consists of a rectangular area with nearly 3,000 homes and lots. Naples Park has a high concentration of local working residents.
Naples Park is not within a home owners association, so if an owner wants their front yard to be gravel, concrete or lush landscaping it is up to them.
Initial home building in Naples Park started as early as the 1950s, but most homes were built in the 1970's and 1980's.

Generally, homes sit on lots that are 50 feet wide and 135 feet deep, some are larger. The area also has a few duplex rental buildings. In recent years, some of the older homes have been purchased as tear downs (for the value of the land), and modern homes built.

Location
Naples Park is located in a excellent North Naples location; convenient to most of Naples has to offer. Some residents are within walking distance to the beach, and all are within a short bike ride. The neighborhood is approximately 15 minutes to downtown Naples. Shopping, retail, restaurants and activities are all near by.
