Season Rentals - Naples Area
Naples is unlike many beach destinations as the beach in Naples is bordered primarily by private residences. There are only a handful of hotels on the beach, and they are generally upscale properties (such as the Ritz).
Most communities in the Naples area restrict rentals to 30 day minimums. Most condos on the beach restrict rentals to 90 day minimums. For a short-term visit, contact your favorite hotel chain.
Many homeowners in Naples offer their properties for rent during the season, or throughout the year. These units make up the bulk of the rental market, and are for the most part, restricted to one month minimums.
