The Naples Florida Board of Realtor has divided Naples into various geographic sections. The section's boundaries are often major highways, or waterways in the Naples area. Description of Naples GEO Designations

NA01 - North Naples West of 41. This area includes single family homes, homes and condos, and high rises. Much of the area consists of the Barefoot Beach County Park.
NA02 - Vanderbilt Beach Area. The Vanderbilt beach area has high rise condos directly on the beach, condos on the back bay, and single family homes on the bay with gulf access.
NA03 - Naples Park Naples Park has nearly 3,000 single family homes. Most are smaller homes, built in the 1970s and Naples Park was the affordable neighborhood during that time. More about Naples Park.
NA04 - Pelican Bay -. Pelican Bay is a large development consisting of over 6,000 homes. It borders the beach to the west and Highway 41 to the east. Pelican Bay has single family homes, high rises, condos and villas. All residents in Pelican Bay have access to two private beach clubs. Find out more about Pelican Bay
NA05 - Mid Naples, West of 41. This area has the Park Shore and Mooring neighborhoods. Just north of the Olde Naples area. There are high rise condos on the beach, condos on the bay with gulf access and single family homes on the bay. More about Park Shore/a>. More about the Moorings..
NA06 - Olde Naples Area. Residents in the Olde Naples area can be within walking distances to shopping, dining and the beach. As the area is so desirable, housing is very expensive, as the value of the land is so high.
NA07 - Port Royal and Aqualane Shores . Very exclusive neighborhoods. Single family homes, with the majority of homes having gulf access through channels and the Naples bay.
NA08 - East of Naples Bay. Condo and single family home communities border the east side of Naples Bay. Royal Harbor and Windstar are the larger communities in this area.
NA09 - South Naples Area. Mostly smaller older homes. Treviso Bay in a new upscale community being developed in this area.
NA11 & 12 - North Naples. The area between Highway 41 and Interstate 75. Several golf, condo and single family home communities. Developed from the 1980s to 2000s. Includes upscale communities, and old Florida style communities.
NA 13, 14, 15 & 16 - Central Naples. Western edges of this section were build in the 1960s, eastern edges in the 2000s.
NA 17 & 18 - East Naples. Many of the area's bundled golf course communities are located in this section directly east of Olde Naples. Condo, and Old Florida style communities also.
NA 19 - Lely Area. Large area south of downtown. Developed from the early 1970s to the present.
NA 21 - North East Naples. Several golf course communities, new construction and to be developed communities in this section.
NA 22 & 23 - Urban Estates. Several more recently built single family home developments, along with Golden Gate Estates areas. See below.
NA 24 - Golden Gate City. This is the urban section, of the Golden Gate Estates development. Mostly single family homes, built in the 1970s and 1980s. More about Golden Gate City.
NA 31 - East of Collier Blvd. This area is a mix of several newer communities, golf course communities, areas to be developed, and several private country clubs.
NA 31 - South East Naples. Golf and newer communities in this section. Mostly to be developed.
NA41, 43, 44 ,45, 46, 47 and 48 - Golden Gate Estates. This area was converted from swamp lands in the 1960s. Golden Gate Estates' home sites are in excess of an acre, and the area would be viewed as living out in the country. The Golden Gate Estates area would have the most affordable land values in the Naples area. More about Golden Gate Estates.
