The art of luxury

A spectacular explosion of light, Romeo Hotel's steel and glass facade has been designed by Kenzo Tange & Associates, the leading Japanese architectural firm, responsible for the restructuring of Naples' old Palazzo Lauro.

Romeo houses an impressive collection of contemporary art, including works realized especially for the hotel by Francesco Clemente, Lello Esposito, and Sergio Fermariello

In the hotel's public areas, Hermès' chairs alternate with the armchairs designed by Philppe Starck and Antonio Citterio's B&B furniture and rare antique items dating from the 14th to 18th century.

If you are looking for professionalism, look elsewhere!

As an organizer of a major group from abroad, guests at this hotel, I expected a level of professionalism appropriate to a 5-star. Unfortunately, the reality was quite different. We were greeted by the Management with a rare rudeness: our transports were removed in a bad way, as if our presence were a disturbance. Drivers, busy doing their jobs, were constantly humiliated, moved constantly and threatened. It was demeaning to see so much rudeness, mischief and selfishness on the part of those who should be running the hospitality. We were deeply disappointed: for the bad service offered. If you are looking for professionalism, look elsewhere: this experience is barely worth 2 stars.

I stayed at the Romeo Hotel in Naples for my birthday and I can say that it was a simply wonderful experience. The structure is elegant, attention to detail and with a refined atmosphere that makes the stay really special. But what really makes the difference is the staff: extremely kind, attentive and professional, always ready to meet every need with a smile. The service was impeccable in every respect, but what excited me the most was the wonderful surprise received in the room: a birthday cake accompanied by a letter of wishes from all the staff. An unexpected gesture that demonstrates a very rare care and attention to the customer. Thank you so much for making my birthday so special. I will definitely return and recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to live a high level experience in Naples.

We enjoyed our stay at Romeo Napoli! We loved the modern and upscale rooms, staff was incredibly friendly and rewarding, the rooftop restaurant, bar, and pool was a fun addition, and it was walkable to the ferry port (our primary reason for booking). We felt very safe at this hotel, despite Naples being quite urban. We'd absolutely recommend this hotel!

I stayed in the Romeo Napoli while on vacation and could not have been more impressed! I chose the hotel because it was near to the water (and had incredible views!) and close enough to be easily walkable to many places around town. The room was very comfortable and surprisingly quiet, even being right next to the elevator. There’s hotel has a wonderful onsite restaurant, along with a heated pool and bar on the top floor. But my favorite part of the hotel was the staff - from the second my car pulled up the staff were friendly and attentive. My bags were taken from my car to my room without me having to ask, the front desk was so generous with wonderful recommendations for food and places to see. They even went so far as to have a delicious cake sent to my breakfast table on my birthday (even though I hadn’t informed anyone that it was my birthday)! Honestly, this hotel was perfection and I can’t wait to visit again!!
