Pompeii and Herculaneum group tour with or without light lunch

Clemente the tour guide was great, very informative, funny and a great sense of humour. Always up for a laugh Picked up from meeting point and dropped back off. No problem. On time First point of call in Capri was Anacapri where you have a few hours to explore and get the cable car to the top of the mountain Second point of call is to Capri town centre where you explore Augusto gardens Thirdly, you head down to the marina to catch the boat around the island. Please book with these if its a day trip

Frankly speaking, the tour is not good as the air condition of the coach is out of order. We complained a lot and the driver already tried to set the temp to 19degrees with highest fan speed. But we are still suffocating in the coach!!! The places are beautiful, the sunshine is wonderful but the hardware of the tour is totally unacceptable. The tour company seems to request the tour guide to force all of us to write a “good” 5 stars review before we left the coach at the end. If you did well, I don’t think you need to do it. Good places to visit but bad company.

Sorento and Positano are lovely. Vinnie was a great guide with musical accompaniment in Italian,songs. He knew the best place to stop for photos. The lunch was overlooking the shore in a most perfect setting. I would take this trip again as long as we got Vinnie. Very professional, very patient and knowledgeable, fun. We did not do the boat ride, but shopping was much better than Napoli. Clothes, ceramics, jewelry and art. We got a lovely painting from an artist on the street in Positania. He is a joy. Do not miss this trip. I have been to many places in the world and tell all my friends,”Do NOT miss this place.”

We had a great time on this tour. Giuseppe was a great tour guide. He was funny and made the tour a lot of fun. I definitely recommend this tour. It was well worth it. The Amalfi coast is beautiful!
