Skip-the-line Pompeii and Mount Vesuvius Guided Tour

This was an amazing experience! We were so lucky to have had Roberto (Robbie) as our guide! He was knowledge, FUNNY, and very friendly. We only wish we had more time in each location.

What an amazing trip! Roberto (Robbie) was our guide, and he made the day extra special. We met in the main square of Sorrento and took the bus to Positano. Robbie showed us the main sights and points of interest before giving us free time to explore at our own pace. Next, we took a ferry to Amalfi (tickets organised and included in the price). Robbie had already recommended a fantastic restaurant slightly off the main square. He rang ahead to reserve tables for anyone interested, which saved time and meant we could enjoy our meal without the stress of finding somewhere. Even though it’s considered a group meal, you get your own table, and as soon as you’re done you’re free to enjoy more time in Amalfi. There was also an optional boat tour of Amalfi for just €15 per person, which we chose and it was well worth it. Afterwards, we continued to Ravello, which had such a different, relaxed vibe compared to the other towns. It’s smaller, but Robbie gave us a short introduction before we had more free time to wander. Finally, we headed back to Sorrento (around 1.5 hours). Overall, a fabulous trip and a brilliant way to see three beautiful places in one day. The time in each was just right!

Our tour guide Mimi was such a great host on the bus ride and touring the ruins. He was entertaining and informative. He made our visit to Pompeii a memorable event for our family.

This was a great way to see the Amalfi coast and extremely well organised. There was no waiting around, everything was explained really well and our tour guide, Danilo, was just the best. Such a witty guy - he had us in stitches. He remembered everyone's names, really engaged with people and gave us some useful hints and tips. I'd recommend the extra boat tour as it just offers a differing view of the coastline and also gets you out of the crowds for a short while. Would highly recommend.
